We need your artwork camera ready for screen printing. Do you need artwork or an idea for your custom printed shirt, just ask we can help? What is camera ready art ? Camera ready artwork is art that is rec'd and can immediately go into production (vector). Please convert all lettering to curves, before you send it to us. Have your background saved as transparent. This means that the image is clean, that the lines are clear and sharp, that the lettering is open so that it will not close in on itself during the screening process, for example, an 'e' or an 'a'. We DO provide artwork services!, so don't worry if your artwork isn't ready yet. We can edit your art, clean it up to produce what you need "Camera Ready". If you do not have a design but have an idea, we can develop your art for you.
Threadmasters can provide you with Screen Printed or Direct to Garment Printed Apparel. These processes are similar, but not exact. Screen Printing requires the use of a screen for each color. Direct to Garment Printing does not use a screen , but prints directly on the apparel. We also provide a large variety of stock designs and font styles that you are welcome to use to create your own design. Click on Easy Prints to go to the Easy Prints program for details. There is no art or screen fees on easy prints.
Any shirt that requires WHITE INK is priced as a dark shirt. White ink requires a pretreatment in order maintain the brightness of the white. The process is: 1-Pretreatment Spray 2-Dry 3-Print 4-Cure Ink . The pretreatment may give a bit of a starchy feel to the shirt, but will disappear after the first wash.
In the "Order Authorization Pack" - you see the sample and communicate to us to proceed with processing your order. If you are not happy with your sample (digital proof), you communicate to us your idea (s). We will edit the design and resend the art sample for authorization - click on Our Policies and go to the Ordering section for complete details.
