After having taken your order, having verified or finished your art and/or embroidery design sample, and have completed your final invoice, we will mail you your completed order package. This package will include a copy of your final artwork and/or embroidered sample, a copy of your final invoice and an "Authorization" form.
Once you have reviewed your package and agree to proceed, you simple sign the authorization form and fax the signed form to us - production will begin immediately. We will also accept a personal e-mail giving us authorization to proceed. It is important to document your order well! In doing so, we are confident that when you receive your order that it will be correct.

If you are a local customer, you will receive the authorization pack but we do not usually send them. In most cases, we deal directly with the customer.
